If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, domestic returns can be made up to 14 days after the date of purchase for a full refund. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Please email us at email@example.com before returning items to ensure we can accept them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase via email or in your returned package. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If a fragile piece arrives damaged, please send a picture within 24 hours of receiving to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will either send you a new piece, if available, or refund your money, whichever is preferred.
